Have you studied at University of Gothenburg? Then you are an alumnus/alumna and welcome to join our network. Your experiences gained from working life and from the University are important for you and for us. That's why we want to stay in touch.

Welcome to My Alumni Page - the new alumni system!

Easy to sign up and login

When you join the new alumni system - My Alumni Pages - or need to change your information details, just enter your email address and get a verification link to your alumni profile.
NB: If you don't get a verification link - please check your trash folder.
In the new alumni system you don't need username and password.

The network is important for you

Contacts important for the future are often established with fellow students and lecturers while studying. The alumni network enables you to maintain and broaden your social and professional contacts.

You are welcome to sign up in the alumni system - My Alumni Pages - in May 2019. The alumni system includes the entire University, regardless of what you have studied. About 19,500 former students - in more than 80 countries - have already registered so far (March, 2019).

You are important

Your experience of studying and work is valuable to us and our students. With your help we can develop our courses and strengthen our external connections. With information from your professional life, we can let our students know about working life after graduation.

Current alumni activities

University of Gothenburg’s alumni activities are still under development. Many faculties and departments continuously arrange various programmes. If you cannot find any activities within your field at this time, you can still register in the alumni database.

  • No snow, now cold, no winter - is this right?

    [12 Feb 2020] There have been relatively few hours below freezing this winter on the west coast, while we are also seeing unwanted signs of spring in January. It is not possible to say this is caused by climate change based on a single winter, but we can expect more of this type of weather as temperatures rise.
